At Bully’s Sports Bar & Grill, we pride ourselves on providing fast, friendly, and accurate service to every guest. We’re looking for an energetic and dependable To-Go Food Runner to join our team and help ensure our to-go operations run smoothly.
Responsibilities:
- Organize, package, and deliver orders to guests quickly and accurately.
- Communicate with kitchen and front-of-house staff to ensure order accuracy.
- Greet guests with a friendly and professional attitude.
- Maintain a clean and organized to-go station.
- Assist with light prep or side tasks as needed.
Qualifications:
- Strong customer service skills with a focus on guest satisfaction.
- Attention to detail and sense of urgency.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

Duties:
Collects cash/ticket cassettes from electronic gaming machines.
Ensures that all slot machines are running correctly after drop and notifies attendant about any issues.
Understands all Nevada GCB regulations and procedures involving drop activities.
Counts and reconciles monies collected from slot machines.
Perform drops and counts for multiple stores daily.
Ensure that all money handling equipment is operating efficiently.
Ensure all required paperwork for balancing of the drop is complete and accurate.
Additional tasks may be assigned as necessary.
BASIC MATH REQUIRED: Add, subtract, multiply and divide.
Minimum Requirements:
Minimum 6 months cash handling experience.
Must be at least 21 years of age.
Valid Nevada Driver’s License.
Clean 3-year DMV printout.
Ability to work with other department personnel, co-workers, and management.
Must be able to obtain a Gaming Registration with the Nevada Gaming Control Board.
Must be able to stoop, bend, and kneel frequently.
Must be able to stand for long periods of time.
Must be able to lift a minimum of 40 lbs.
This job will require the selected applicant to pass a criminal background and pre-employment drug test.

We are looking for a Busser to join our team that will ensure wares for the front and back of the house are clean and sanitized.
Duties/Responsibilities:
- · Washes all wares including pots, plans, flatware, and glasses, by hand or using dishwashers.
- Clear and clean tables as needed.
- · Correctly places and stores clean equipment, dishes, and utensils in assigned storage areas.
- · Stocks serving stations, cupboards, refrigerators, and other assigned areas with necessary dishes and utensils.
- · Cleans trash receptacles with water or steam.
- · Moves dishwashing supplies and equipment from storage to work area by hand or using hand trucks.
- · May assist in cleaning and preparing various foods for cooking and/or serving, as directed.
- · Ensures work areas remain safe, clean, and orderly, adhering to all company, local, and state guidelines regarding health, safety, and sanitation.
- · Performs other related duties as assigned.

We are looking for line cooks to prepare food to the exact chef’s specifications and to set up stations for menu. Line cook duties will consist of assisting the Kitchen Manager with their daily tasks. The successful candidate will play a key role in contributing to our customer satisfaction and acquisition goals.
Responsibilities
Product Knowledge
- Ability to follow standardized recipes.
- Knowledge of weights, volume and measurements.
- Ensure all food preparation is high quality, done in a timely manner, and follow menu descriptions.
- Follow all rotation procedures, code dates from product received and prepare food according to health department guidelines.
- Set up and stocking stations with all necessary supplies
- Prepare food for service (e.g. chopping vegetables, butchering meat, or preparing sauces)
- Cook menu items in cooperation with the rest of the kitchen staff
- Stock inventory appropriately
- Answer, report and follow executive or sous chef’s instructions
Cleaning Responsibilities
- Responsible for all back of house cleaning with regard to health codes and set guidelines.
- Clean up station and take care of leftover food
- Comply with nutrition and sanitation regulations and safety standards
- Maintain a positive and professional approach with coworkers and customers
Skills
- Proven cooking experience, including experience as a line chef, restaurant cook or prep cook
- Excellent understanding of various cooking methods, ingredients, equipment and procedures
- Proper knowledge of all equipment use, including knife skills, care and cleaning of slicers, fryers as well as electrical and gas appliances with extreme heat.
- Accuracy and speed in executing assigned tasks
- Familiar with industry’s best practices
Physical Requirements
- Ability to sustain prolonged standing, stooping, bending, and reaching, repetitively and continuously for up to 8 hours.
- Job duties require physical exertion to manually move, lift, carry, and pull heavy objects up to 50 pounds. Must be able to kneel, bend at the waist, and climb ladders.
- This position requires employees to be able to read and write in English as well as multi-task in a fast past, loud and crowded environment.
