The “New Member Bonus” Promotion (hereinafter the “Promotion”) refers to the events occurring every day beginning on Thursday, January 1st at 12:01 a.m. and concluding on Thursday, December 31st at 11:59 p.m. (hereinafter the “Promotion Period”) at the ECL Gaming various locations. Specific Rules
1. Must be at least 21 years of age to participate and participants must provide valid proof of age that is acceptable to ECL Gaming (driver’s license, state identification card, or military identification card), which may act in its sole and absolute discretion as it deems appropriate. If the participant is not a U.S. citizen, a current passport or alien registration card is required.
2. Participants must be an ECL Gaming Players Club member. Players Cards are free and are available at any of the ECL Gaming locations.
3. Participants must earn a minimum of 100 base points within the same calendar day to qualify for the new member bonus.
4. $10 in Free Play be awarded upon earning the minimum 100 base points within the same calendar day requirement.
5. New Member Bonus can be earned any day after signing up for the ECL Gaming Players Club.
6. Free play awards will expire 60 days from issuance.
7. Participants are responsible for properly inserting their player’s card into the slot machine reader for point accumulation. If the slot machine, card reader, or computer system malfunctions, all ratings and/or points may be voided.

Specific Rules
1. 3. Qualified players can earn entries in the virtual drawing drum with every 30 base points earned on their card.
4. Prizes:
– One (1) $100 Free Play prize
– Two (2) $50 Free Play prizes
– Three (3) $25 Free Play prizes
– Five (5) $10 Free Play prizes
– Ten (10) total prizes with a combined value of $325 in Free Play.
5. Total prize structure is based on a minimum of eleven (11) participants per drawing and is subject to change if fewer are in the drawing.
6. After each weekly drawing, all tickets earned that previous week will be removed from the drum.
7. Prizes will be loaded onto the winning player’s cards, and players do not need to be present to win.
8. The winners of the Drawing will be posted at each Site after drawing takes place.
