4. At the Winchell’s Pub & Grills, The Gin Mill, Golden West, Bonanza Lounge and Rounders locations players can earn an entry once per day earning 50 same day base points.
5. After earning the qualifying points, players will receive one (1) pro football sheet to fill out.
6. The player with the most wins (ties win) will win the weekly prize.
7. If there’s more than one sheet with the same number of wins, the Monday night total points will serve as the tie breaker.
8. The player with the closest to the total points scored during the Monday night game will be the weekly winner.
